This is my first post of 2011 and it will definitely change your listening for the year. On 1st February 2011, set to be released on Six Degrees Records – “TRANSNATIONAL DUBSTEP” is the first compilation album from fellow blogger and friend DJ UMB co-owner of the award winning Generation Bass.
This album is a true testament to what Generation Bass have been working hard towards since Feb 2009 – Pushing the boundaries, bending genres and introducing the masses to the latest trends on the global electronic scene.
“TRANSNATIONAL DUBSTEP” is the unification of fusion of dubstep and internationally rooted music. DJ UMB pulls together some of the most electrifying producers, bringing their Indian/Sufi/World influences to provide the listener with a true TRANSNATIONAL dubstepping experience.
Fifteen tracks is geared to provide you with earth quaking, dark dubstep and wobbly baselines that meandering up and down in intensity centred around a global core.

It seems like July 2010 is a good month for music, lots happening. Another announcement I need to inform you about is the release of The BAD BOY BASS EP.
This EP is filled to the brim with the some of the hottest remixes of GAUDI’s ‘BAD BOY BASS’ from the album “No Prisoners”.
International names such as Liquid Stranger | Bandish Project | AlexisK | Bert On Beats | Sound Avtar & DJ Zdeuf who have all brought
something unique to the table with their interpretation of the original.

2009 saw a huge amount of dubstep sounds coming from India, in particular Jaipur. The lovely Pink City is home to the ex Deaf Bass Twin – Piyush Bhatnagar, now incarnated as Sound Avtar.
Not long after the split, this guy is in full motion, banging out dub laden tracks and remixes that really tickle your ears.
